Terms of Use

The short version
- Use the site, join the waitlist, vote and post on the roadmap, take the prompts. All free.
- The prompts are yours to use, change and build on, including in work you get paid for. No permission needed and no attribution required.
- What you post on the roadmap stays yours. You are letting me show it on the board.
- Trillion is being built in public and is not finished. Things break, change and disappear.
- Be a decent person on the board. I can remove content and accounts that are not.
That is the short version. The sections below are the terms themselves, and they govern if the two ever disagree.
1. Who this is between
These terms are between Lightbulb Moment Labs, Inc., a Montana company run by Kevin Fremon ("the Company", "I", "me"), and you, the person using hellotrillion.ai ("you").
Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the answer is simply not to use it.
2. What this site is
Trillion is a product being built in public. This site is where you can follow that, join the waitlist, read and take the prompts, vote and comment on the public roadmap, and apply to help build it.
Nothing here is a finished product, and nothing on the roadmap is a promise. An item marked as planned may never be built, and a date, if one ever appears, is an intention rather than a commitment.
3. The prompts are yours to use
Every prompt published on this site is free to use. Copy it, change it, feed it to whatever model you like, build a product on top of what it makes, and charge for that product. You do not need my permission and you do not owe me credit, though a link back is always welcome.
What you may not do is present the collection itself as your own. Take the prompts and use them; do not lift the library wholesale and pass it off as yours.
The prompts come as they are. What a model does with one is between you and the model, and checking the result before you ship it is on you.
4. Your account
Voting, commenting and submitting ideas need an account, which you create by signing in with GitHub or Google. Keep that account secure; what happens under it is treated as done by you.
Give accurate information. An account created to impersonate somebody else will be removed.
You can delete your account at any time. I can also suspend or remove an account that is being used to break these terms.
5. What you post
Ideas, comments and crew profile content stay yours. By posting them you give me permission to show, store and share them as part of the roadmap and the project, including in a screenshot, a video or a post about how the project is going.
Post only what is yours to post, and do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or anybody's private information.
The board is moderated. I can hide, remove or hold content, and I can ban an account. Criticism of the project is not abuse, and I would rather read a blunt comment than a polite one that says nothing.
Contributions to the software itself are covered by the separate Crew Collaboration Agreement, which governs for anything within its scope.
6. Fair use of the site
Do not attack, overload or break into the site, try to reach data that is not yours, or use automated tools to scrape it or to submit forms. Do not try to get around the rate limits, the bot challenge, or the moderation.
Finding a security hole is different from exploiting one. If you find something, email me and I will be grateful.
7. Email
Joining the waitlist means asking for email about Trillion. You can stop it at any time from the link in any message, and I will not ask you to justify yourself.
8. No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
The site will sometimes be down, lose data, or behave in ways neither of us expected. It is a project being built in public, not a service you are paying for.
9. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes, and stopping
I can change the site, these terms, or stop offering any part of it. When the terms change, the version and date at the top change with them, and a material change will be announced rather than slipped in.
Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and we both agree to those courts.
